Randy's Sausage shop was established in 1971 by Randy Bell. At that time, Randy's was a small deli counter in the Gratiot Central Market. Over the years, we have grown considerably to better serve the community and its demands. As a result, Randy's has played an integral part in the growth and character of the Gratiot Central Market.
Randy's is not your ordinary deli. We specialize in a large variety of smoked meats that are uncommon and hard to find at your typical grocery store or neighborhood deli. Most of the products we offer for sale are bulk and cut to order. Although you will find some common items at our storefront, most are unique to our store.
At our storefront, we feature more than ten types of bacon that can be sliced to your preference or sold in slab. With or without the rind is an option on most of our bacon. Additionally, we offer dozens of varieties of sausages for you to enjoy. These include many of our signature recipes, along with a wide selection of gourmet sausages from Detroit's other fine sausage makers.
